Beekay undertake projects on Coke Oven Battery Rebuilding & Upgradation along with M/s. GIPROKOKS, Ukraine and Indian Associate Companies. At present Beekay is rebuilding an environment friendly Battery No.5 of Bhilai Steel Plant of modern design on existing deck slab / concrete raft including dismantling and re-construction of a new quenching tower and supply of machines to meet coke oven emission norms of Govt. of India. This battery will be commissioned by Sepy.'08.
Beekay has also undertaken re-construction of a new quenching tower at Bokaro Steel Plant, Bokaro. Beekay is soon to commence reconstruction of COB#6 at Bhilai against the new order received in Aug.'08.
Beekay is specialized in the manufacture of coke oven door & other castings and have supplied over 8000 Nos. of such castings for 4.3 Mtr / 4.5 Mtr / 7 Mtr. tall Batteries of Bhilai, Bokaro, Rourkela, Durgapur, Burnpur, Visakhapatnam Steel Plant, Dunaferr, Krivorizhstal.
Beekay has supplied state-of-the-art Zero Leak Doors in collaboration with KB koksokhimmash of Ukraine for SAIL Plants at Bhilai and Bokaro.
Beekay has been manufacturing coke oven machines for the last 20 years including Charging Car, Guide Cars, Electric Loco & Quenching Cars.
